WaterSmart Car Wash was launched in the first quarter of 2009 by Austin residents, Chris and Sarah Morgan. Chris comes from an automotive services background and Sarah has been involved in the franchise industry for over twenty years. 

The Morgans live in south Austin on a mini farm. They have two children; a  daughter who attends Bowie High School and a son who attends Hendrix College. Freedom International, LLC is a small company that competes in a half-a-billion dollar car care industry. Freedom has successfully set the standard for waterless car care products by offering products that aspire to meet the following corporate goals:
